Summer Renovation Bonanza Terms & Conditions.
1. INTRODUCTION & PRIVACY
The I-Plan Studio Pte. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “the Organizer”) Royal Caribbean Trip for 2 “Lucky Draw Giveaway” segment of the Summer Renovation Bonanza Promotion (hereafter referred to as “Live Stream Draw”) will run from 1 May to 31 October 2023. The promotion ends on 31 October 2023, 23:59 Sharp.
2. PROMOTION DETAILS FOR GIFTS/VOUCHER REDEMPTION
❖ All prices mentioned in SGD/S$ are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
a. Promotional Gifts (in the duration of May to 31 July 2023, 2359sharp) to be redeem are as of following:

b. Customers whose contract amounts range between S$40,000 and S$99,999 are eligible to choose one of the above mentioned promotional gift.
c. Customers whose contract amounts reach S$100,000 and above are eligible to choose two of the above mentioned promotional gifts.
d. Notes to take for the promotional gifts, the promotional gifts are subject to availability:

➢ No repeat item.

e. It is mandatory for customers to specify their chosen promotional items in the contract. Failure to do so will render the contract invalid for the promotion.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO WIN A ROYAL CARIBBEAN TRIP FOR 2
• To participate in the summer Renovation Bonanza promotion’s Live Stream Draw, participants must meet all mentioned criteria stated.
. By participating in this Live Stream Draw, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated
• The Live Stream Draw is open to all customers who signed a minimum contract sum of S$40,000. between May 2023 to 31 October 2023, 2359 sharp.
• Participants have to be 21 years of age or older at the time that they enter the Live Stream Draw.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant without notice at any point of the Live Stream Draw or should he/ she be found to have not fulfilled the pre-requisites of the Live Stream Draw prior to participation.
3. WINNER’S ANNOUNCEMENT & PRIZES FOR LIVE STREAM DRAW
• Criteria: Customers who meet the minimum contract amount of S$40,000 requirement between May to 31 Oct 2023, 2359sharp.
· Prize: Two Winners. Each will walk away with a pair of Royal Caribbean Cruise trip on a 4 Night Penang & Phuket Cruise.
. Prize Includes: A Royal Caribbean Cruise trip for 2 on a 4 Night Penang & Phuket Cruise with balcony view.
. Prize Does Not Includes: any expenses and upgrades of room etc. apart from from a Royal Caribbean Cruise trip for 2 on a 4 Night Penang & Phuket Cruise with balcony view.
. Prize Redemption: In order for the prize to be fulfilled by the Organizer, the homeowner can only redeem the prize after the contract renovation works by The I-Plan Studio is Fully Completed. After the handover of the keys and house upon completion of works, The I-Plan Studio person in charge will provide 3 dates for the cruise to choose from.
. Winners will be announced on December 2023 on the Organizer’s Facebook Page through Live stream.
• For Winners who could not make it on the livestream session, kindly reach out to us via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Message or Direct call in to our office hotline for further details on the collection of prizes.
• Prizes must be claimed within 6 months by the stipulated date stated on the winner’s notification message and prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.
• Results of the Live Stream Draw will be announced on the Organizer’s Facebook Page live stream, Organizer’s Facebook Page and Organizer’s Instagram Story.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any winner who is unable to present a complete set of required documents.
• All prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products and must be redeemed within one month from notification. Prizes not redeemed after six months from the notification of win will be forfeited.
OTHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The organizer decisions and results are final and no correspondences will be entertained.
• By taking part in this Live Stream Draw, you understand and accept without condition that:
· The organizer will not use your personal information contained herein for any purposes other than which is deemed necessary for the administration and/or publicity of this Live Stream Draw whilst according your privacy or confidentiality the highest priority. Any collected data that is pertaining to your personal information will be securely disposed immediately and irrecoverably upon the termination or the expiration of this Live Stream Draw.
· The organizer shall have the right to reproduce and distribute your submission for promotional purposes in broadcast, print and or other media as the organizer may determine in their sole discretion. You agree that the organizer owns all right, title, and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by the organizer using or incorporating your Submission.
· Winners unreservedly agree to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities relating to this promotion and to the publication of their names and photographs.
· The organizer reserves the right to substitute with prize(s) of similar value without prior notice.
· The organizer shall not be liable for any loss of chance arising from any defect, malfunction and/or failure of any telephone network/lines, computer systems, servers, computer equipment and/or software used in connection with the Live Stream Draw.
· If, for any reason, the Live Stream Draw is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Live Stream Draw and select the winners at the organizer’s sole discretion.
