"My husband and I engaged Jeff from I-Plan for our 4-room resale house at Punggol. As a young couple, excited for our newly purchased resale house, we both had many ideas in mind for the renovation. However, Jeff managed to understand how we wanted the house theme and design to be like and eventually settled for a minimalistic concept. Jeff was very professional and easy to communicate with. We were clueless with regards to many things but he patiently explained to us and brought us step by step through the entire renovation process. He was very accommodating to last minute changes and he knew our financial constraint and hence he did/gave things FOC in our package even though he could have charged us. There were few hiccups along the way, such as delays due to covid and what not. However, he still managed to meet our deadline. I believed it was a stressful process for both me and my husband, as it was our first time, but Jeff always assured us quality end product over anything else. I would recommend I-Plan to my friends and family members. Thank you again, Jeff and team."
