I decided to engage Jeff from I-Plan Studio because he listens to my renovation needs and work within the budget I have set for him. Despite the tight budget he has to work with, there was no compromise on quality and timeliness. He is meticulous in his plannings, making sure deadlines are met. He goes the extra mile of searching for the best products to suit my theme (industrial/retro) and budget. He is composed and able to work under pressure. He is able to handle adverse situations well and finds solutions promptly. His relentless efforts in providing ideas and suggestions to give the best design at the best price is indeed commendable. "I engaged I-Plan for my Semi-D unit. Alwin and Emun did an excellent job for me. They were very professional and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating to last minute changes and they did quite a few things for me at FOC even though they could have charged me for VO. They were able to command and control their sub-contractors and suppliers which was very important to ensure quality work and on time delivery. It was a stressful event as different family members have different idea when come to renovation; many decisions must make very quickly to meet deadline. They were able to handle each of my family member very well. They are by far the best ID I have had engaged and I would recommend I-Plan to anyone."

"My husband and I engaged Jeff from I-Plan for our 4-room resale house at Punggol. As a young couple, excited for our newly purchased resale house, we both had many ideas in mind for the renovation. However, Jeff managed to understand how we wanted the house theme and design to be like and eventually settled for a minimalistic concept. Jeff was very professional and easy to communicate with. We were clueless with regards to many things but he patiently explained to us and brought us step by step through the entire renovation process. He was very accommodating to last minute changes and he knew our financial constraint and hence he did/gave things FOC in our package even though he could have charged us. There were few hiccups along the way, such as delays due to covid and what not. However, he still managed to meet our deadline. I believed it was a stressful process for both me and my husband, as it was our first time, but Jeff always assured us quality end product over anything else. "We engaged Muffy for our 4-room BTO and we are happy with the finished product. As first time Owners, Muffy was able to answer our questions patiently, and he listened to our requirements and does his best to advise us on the feasibility of our ideas. He was able to take our general ideas, and couple it with expertise from his contractors to give us a truly commendable finished product. While most of the renovation went according to plan, some items were delayed heavily and almost completely jeopardized our moving in plans. Muffy was able to make the best of the situation and assisted us in meeting our timeline. Albeit with some compromise on both ends. Overall, the expertise was good, the quality of the work was good, although the timeliness can be improved for some aspects, the service recovery was definitely praise-worthy. (considering the fact that some of the delays are out of his control) If you're looking for someone responsible / responsive to work with, Muffy from i-Plan studio is a good choice!"

"The reason we need interior designer is because my husband and I are very busy. We do not have time to do inspection and communications with many parties during renovation. I am so glad that we have chosen i-Plan as we only need to inspect our new house less than 4 times during the entire renovation. We were always updated by Emun and Alwin on the progress of the renovation. In addition of the update on the renovation progress, Emun and Alwin had helped us to handle and co-ordinate other third party renovation suppliers, which not covered by their scope of work. Their workmanship of the renovation are also very good. Their willingness to improve, accommodate and make minor changes at different stages of the renovation based on our input are appreciated. Throughout the renovation journey, from the very beginning of designing to completion, Emun had given us a lot of ideas, advices and options to work within our budget and our needs. Her knowledge and patience have impressed us. Emun has also advised us on the pros and cons of various design change before we decided on the final change. From a safety and practicality perspective, her advice is important to us, especially when we have a baby at home. We would like to thank Emun and Alwin for doing a great and excellent job!!"
