Here at The I-Plan Studio, we strive at challenges and brewing our creative juices! We believe that every home is unique to its residents. Here we have a new condominium project located at Blk 441C, Fernvale road, for a family of 4.
A home built with soft colours, inviting decoration, and natural materials are always a welcome sight after a long day! <name> contacted us with the mission to renovate his existing home and the unit he purchased beside. Basically, a jumbo flat!
Taking into consideration of his two young children, we proposed a combination of Scandinavian design and a modern theme. A home that is warm, elegant yet practical, and hassle-free to clean! With a touch of the “condo styled,” we brought out the classy, refined flare in a home!
Project Requirements
5 years ago, the return client renovated his existing flat & bought over the unit next door, combining it into a jumbo flat. The owner wanted a condo-styled home, therefore wanted everything to be concealed, for example, box-up of areas.
